NHRD recently completed a brand new outpatient ASC in partnership with the local physician network in the Tampa, Florida market.
This new ground-up build-to-suit development project features three O.R.s and was designed in a manner to provide a high-efficiency work-flow and better patient throughput.
Working closely with the physician partners and ASC management company, NHRD and the design team at Grace Hebert Curtis (GHC) were able to create a one of a kind
facility that meets the needs of the surgeons while at the same time offering an enhanced patient experience.
The facility was constructed by Precise Construction of Tampa Florida, and Axiom Bank provided the construction financing.
